Necessity of flyover in Dhaka city and usefulness

Bangladesh is the most populated country in the world.Dhaka is its capital. about one crore people lives in Dhaka city..But there main problem is traffic jam. for want of enough roads many vehicles goes to the same road as a result causes traffic jam.Otherwise the railway line crossed across the bus road.As a result bus road need to block when the train goes and causes traffic jam. There is also three or four roads crossed together, this is the reason for traffic  jam.
What is flyover
A flyover is a road goes on the other roads. A flyover can be solve the traffic-jam problem in Dhaka city.
Bangladesh government has already made some flyover and some are under construction.
